Of all the things you make of flour, finding chocolate chip cookies and peanut butter cookies were my first priority to make without gluten. But maybe it was really pizza. And it had to be whole grainy-ish.

and sorghum/amaranth/garbanzo flour is a lot more filling.
we are going through about 50% less cheese each week – because it’s just too filling to eat.
It’s yummy though.
Ah. Now I just need to learn pie crust. And maybe calzone. And biscuits?
But probably I should learn how to find a different way of thinking about food. Like organizing meals around veggies?
