Pretty:
This is the last few blossoms on the loniceria fragrantissimo that grows along the river walk. I know it’s name because one just like it was labeled at Blithewald Mansion and gardens. The flowers smell like honey, with a bit of tea and lemon. It’s one of the first things to bloom in my area, the flowers come out on the stems before the leaves.
These cherry (?) blossoms are all down now, they made the sidewalk pink, I’m glad I remembered to photograph them last week, most years I mean to do it, but forget.
Happy:
We try to take a walk or at least go to the library every day at 11AM. Most of the time the kids have the place to themselves.
B wheels great swoops around the park, and M runs beside him.
But last week M got to be the adored big kid.
K didn’t mind sharing him.
Real: they wore him out.
