1 Ask Momma, “Momma, I color?”
2 Dump crayons on table.
3 Ignore crayons.
4 Ask Momma, “Momma, I cut?”
5 Smile broadly when Momma hands you your brother’s special pair of fiskars, because she hasn’t bought you your own yet.
6 Cut random shapes out of paper.
7 Bring random shapes to Momma, telling her what gestalt you think of them. Any rectangle with a cut on the top can be a bunny.
8 Ask Momma, “Momma, I gu?” persist until she remembers that gu is glue. Wait patiently while she says silly things like, “gLue L, L, L.”
9 Glue random scraps to the cardboard, big piece of paper, or table.
10 Peal up glued pieces from cardboard, big piece of paper, or table.
11 Show Momma how sticky your fingers are.
