M wanted to know why sometimes his instant oatmeal packet held many "dinosaur eggs," and sometimes not so many. (Yes, I let him have sugary instant oatmeal as a treat sometimes. ;-) We began to count the eggs before adding the boiling water, recording the numbers on the inside lid of the box.
There is quite a distribution, but I think we’ll wait until we’ve got data from another box to do some graphs with it.
Help me out– what are the dinosaur eggs in the oatmeal? I'm lost.
Annie
As best as I can tell, they are geletin candies shaped like eggs that dissolve, leaving tiny dinosaur shaped candy in the oatmeal
